This Refund Policy applies to subscription purchases made through ClearJournal. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor on our behalf.
ClearJournal offers a free trial period before any payment is required. No payment method is collected to start a trial, so you will not be charged unless you actively subscribe to a paid plan after your trial ends. We encourage you to use the trial period fully to confirm the Service meets your needs before subscribing.
All subscription payments — monthly and annual — are final and non-refundable, including partial billing periods and unused time after cancellation. This applies regardless of usage level during the billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund any payment already made. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. To report a billing issue, contact us at support@clearjournal.com with your account email and the date of the charge.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us directly, your ClearJournal account may be suspended while the matter is resolved with our payment processor. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any billing issue directly.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
