ClearJournal provides a cryptocurrency journaling and analytics platform that connects to supported exchanges via read-only API keys, including AI-powered performance analysis through ClearQuant AI. Our service is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice or investment services.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To use ClearJournal, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to safeguard your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. API Key Use & Data Access

By connecting your exchange account via a read-only API key, you authorize ClearJournal to access and store your account data, including:

- Trade history

- Balances

- Open positions

- Performance metrics

We never request trading or withdrawal access. All keys are encrypted and stored securely. You may disconnect or delete your API keys at any time.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Payment Processing

ClearJournal offers a free trial followed by paid subscription plans, billed monthly or annually. No payment method is required to start a trial.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full payment card details — this is handled directly by our payment processor.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All payments are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy for details.

5. ClearQuant AI

ClearQuant AI analyzes your own trade data to provide performance summaries, statistics, and insights. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make based on ClearQuant AI outputs or any other feature of the Service.

6. Platform Use

You agree not to:

- Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes

- Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service

- Interfere with or disrupt our infrastructure

- Share or resell access without permission

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including software, branding, designs, and proprietary features — is the property of ClearJournal LLC. You retain full ownership of your account data. By using ClearJournal, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers

ClearJournal is not a financial advisor, broker, wallet, or trading platform, and we do not buy, sell, hold, custody, or exchange cryptocurrency on behalf of users. We do not offer investment recommendations. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or uptime. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClearJournal is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, trading losses, or service interruptions.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we'll notify users via email or within the app. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
